Answer:

2x + 4(3+2x) = (3(2x +2) + 4)/6

2x +12 + 8x = 6x +6 +4/6

2x + 12 +8x = 6x +10/6

now cross multiply.....

12x +72 +48x = 6x +10

12x +48x - 6x = 10- 72

54x = -62

x = -31/27
