Rearrange this equation.

3x-y=3

-y=3-3x

y=-3+3x

Sub that into 7x+2y=20

7x+2(-3+3x)=20

7x-6+6x=20

13x=20+6

13x=26

x=2

Sub x=2 into 3x-y=3

3(2)-y=3

6-y=3

-y=3-6

-y=-3

y=3

Therefore, x=2 and y=3. I hope this helps!
