11/x - 1/y = 10 »»»» 1

9/x - 4/y = 5. »»»»2

from 1

1/y = 11/x -10

we get by replacing value,

9/x -4(11/x-10) = 5

9/x -44/x +40 = 5

-35/x = 5-40 = -35

x = 1 ; by substituting x in any of 1 or 2 we get y as

from 1

1/y = 11/1 - 10

1/y = 1

y = 1; x = 1

Hope you understand
