Therefore,
x - y = 3
x/3 + y/2 = 6
L.C.M = 6
x/3 × 6 + y /2 × 6 = 6 × 6
2x + 3y = 36
(x - y = 3) × 2
2x + 3y = 36
- (2x - 2y = 6)
5y = 30
y = 6
x - y = 3
x - 6 = 3
x = 9
