Graphic 2 =2x-y=5 and x-y=1

By adding graphics 2and 1, we get

Graphics 1+Graphics 2

2x-y=5+x-y=1

2x-y+x-y=5+1

2x-y+x-y=6

(x-y+x-y) =6+2

After adding x-y+x-y=6+2

2x+y=8

x+y=8/2

x+y=4

Putting value of x-y=4 in graphics 1

x+y=1

4+y=1

y=4-1

y=3
