first  find 3x + 2y = 12

put  x = 0

3(0) + 2y = 12

0+ 2y = 12

y=6

now put y=0

3x + 2(0)= 12

3x= 12

x=4

second find  x - y = -1

put x=0

(0) - y = -1

-y =-1 - 0

y = -1

now put y = 1

x = -1+1

x =0
