Solve
If f(x)=\frac{x^{3}+1}{x^{2}+1}, find f(-3), f(-1)

Solution :

Given f(x)=\frac{x^{3}+1}{x^{2}+1}

Now ,

i ) f(-3)=\frac{(-3)^{3}+1}{(-3)^{2}+1}

= \frac{(-27+1)}{9+1}

= \frac{(-26)}{10}
=\frac{-13/5}
ii)f(-1)=\frac{(-1)^{3}+1}{(-1)^{2}+1}

= \frac{(-1+1)}{1+1}
After cancellation, we get
= 0
