The following Figure is A Square ...Given
In ∆PAB AND ∆ AQC
SEG PB = QC. ...GIVEN
SEG PA = AQ ......GIVEN
Angle APB = ANGLE AQC .....All angles in a square are congruent
Hence , ∆PAB = ∆ AQC SAS TEST
So hence Angle PBA = x = Angle QCA ...c.a.c.t.
And hence Angle ACB = y = Angle ABC ...angles in a complimentey pair means equal to 90°
