Heya !!!

3Y² - 15Y = 0

3Y × Y - 3 × 5Y

3Y ( Y - 5) = 0

( Y-5) ( 3Y) = 0

( Y-5) = 0 OR (3Y) = 0

Y = 5 OR Y = 0/3 => 0

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU....... :-)
