Here are the answers :

Given,
Cost of painting @ of Rs 20 per m² = 2200 Rs

(i) Inner curve surface area

Curved surface area = 2200 / 20 = 110 m²

(ii) Radius of the base

Given,
height = 10m
Curved surface area = 2πrh
let the radius be ' r '

110 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r \times 10



 \frac{110 \times 7}{2 \times 22 \times 10}  = r
r = 1.75

Thus,
the radius of the base is 1.75 m or 175 cm

(iii)
Capacity of the vessel = Volume of the cylinder

= πr²h

 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 1.75 {}^{2}  \times 10

= 96.25m³

Thus,
the capacity of the vessel is
96.25m³
or
96250000cm³ [ since 1m³ = 1000000cm³]
or
962500 Litres [ since 1m³ = 1000 L]
