The answer to the 12th question is

x =  {t}^{2 \div 3}  + 4 {t}^{ - 1 \div 2}
substitute the value of t=64

 x =  {64}^{2 \div 3}  + 4  \times {64}^{ - 1 \div 2}
x= 16+ 4(1/8)

x= 16.5.

hope this helps
