Answer:

let number of runs scored by mushfiq be x

Nasir scored 3 times more run than that of Mushfiq

number of runs scored by nasir=y

y=3x

If both scored 10 more runs, then the sum of their total run would be 104.

y+10+3x+10=104

y+3x+20=104

y+3x=104-20

y+3x=84

3x=84-y

x= \frac{84-y}{3}

substituting x= \frac{84-y}{3} in y=3x

y=3 \frac{84-y}{3}

y=84-y

2y=84

y=84/2

y=42

substituting y=42 in x= \frac{84-y}{3}

x= \frac{84-42}{3}

x= \frac{42}{3}

x=14
