Hola there,

=>  \sqrt[3]{ {7x}^{2} - 8} = - x

=> 7 {x}^{3} - 8 = { - x}^{3}

=> 7x³ + x³ - 8 = 0

=> 8x³ - 8 = 0

=> x³ - 1 = 0

=> x³ = 1

=> x = 1

∛ 7x^3 - 8 = -x
⇒ 7x^3 - 8 = -x^3
⇒ 8x^3 = 8
⇒ x^3 = 1
⇒ x = ∛1
⇒ x = 1
