  • Gravitational force between Earth and moon

\begin{gathered}\begin{gathered}\sf \large \red{\underline{ Solution-;}}\\\\\end{gathered}\end{gathered}

g =  \frac{6.7 \times  {10}^{ - 11}  \times 6 \times  {10}^{24} \times 10 }{(6.4 \times  {10b})^{2} }

 =  \frac{6.7 \times 6 \times  {10}^{13} \times 10 }{6.4 \times 6.4 \times  {10}^{12} }

 =  \frac{6.7 \times 6 \times 10}{6.4 \times 6.4}

 =  \frac{402}{40.96}\begin{gathered}\begin{gathered}: \implies \underline{ \boxed{\displaystyle \sf \bold{\:g=9.814\: ms ^{  2} }} }\\ \\\end{gathered}\end{gathered}

Given:

\sf{{M_E=6 \times}{{10}^24}kg}

\sf{{M_M=7.4\times}{{10}^22}kg}

\sf{{D=3.84 \times}{{10}^5}km}

To Find:

Gravitational force between Earth and moon.

Solution:

\sf{F=}{\dfrac{G m_1 m_2}{r^2}}

\sf{F=}{\dfrac{(6.7 \times{{10}^{-11}})(6 \times{{10}^{24}})(7.4 \times{{10}^{22}})}{(3.84 \times{{10}^5})^2}}

\sf{F=}{\dfrac{6.7\times 6\times 7.4}{14.7456}}{{10}^{19}}

\sf{F=20.17\times{{10}^{19}}}

\sf{F=2.01\times{{10}^{20}}N}

Gravitational force between earth and moon is equal to \sf{2.01\times{{10}^{20}}N}.
