very easy

see just find the area of the park and the road

area of circle is

\pi { r}^{2}

so for park the radius is 12m

put formula you will get

144π

now to get the area of road first find area of smaller circle which is created inside due to road

the radius will be 9m

so

put formula

you will get

81π

now substract the area of bigger circle by smaller circle

you will get

144π-81π

=63π

put value of π as 22/7

you will get answer as 198

now the cost is 25 per

so multiply 25

we will get

$4950

therefore the cost for paving the path is $4950

 \boxed{\textbf{Answer}}
₹ 4950 .

\underline\textbf{Step-by-step Explanation}

= > Given :- Diameter = 24 m

= > So , the radius will be  \dfrac{D}{2}

= >  \dfrac{24}{2} = 12m

As , given in the Question that 3m wide path runs around it from inside .

So the outer or the bigger circle will be 12 - 3 = 9m

Area of bigger circle = \pi  {r}^{2}
. \dfrac{22}{7} × 12 × 12.
= 452.57  {m}^{2}

Area of smaller circle = \pi  {r}^{2}
.  \dfrac{22}{7} × 9 × 9
= 254.57  {m}^{2}

Area of path = Area of bigger circle - Area of smaller circle .

Area of path = 452.57 - 254.57
. = 198  {m}^{2}

The cost will be = 198 × 25 = 4950 .
