In both the triangles

Angle OBC=Angle OAD [each are of 90°(given)]

AD=BC [Given]

So, triangle BCO is congruent to triangle ADO

Hence, AO=OB [Corresponding parts of congruent triangles]

Hence, CD bisects AB
