3 to the power of 2x+1 /9 = 27
3(2x+1) = 27×9
3(2x+1) = 3 cube × 3 square
3(2x+1) = 3 to the power of 5

3(2x+1) = 3(5)

2x+1 = 5
2x = 4
x = 2...

Verification:-

3 to the power of 2x+1 = 3 to the power of 5
That is 243..

243/9= 27

Hence the value of x is 2

hope this helps!!
cheers!! (:
