Given that subtract the sum of 1/4 and 1/5 from unity.

= > 1 - (1/4 + 1/5)

= > 1 - 9/20

= > 11/20.

= > 0.55.

Now,

We know that % error = 0.55 - 0.45/0.55 * 100

= 0.1/0.55 * 100

= 10/0.55

= 1000/55

= 200/11 %.
