 \frac{m - 2}{3}  + 1 =  \frac{2m}{7}

 \frac{m - 2 + 3}{3}  =  \frac{2m}{7}

 \frac{m + 1}{3}  =  \frac{2m}{7}  \\ m + 1 =  \frac{6m}{7}  \\ 7m + 7 = 6m

7m - 6m =  - 7 \\ m =  - 7
