THE KING AND THE SPIDER

Once upon a time, there lived a king named Robert Bruce. He failed in his attempts of defeating his enemies and got continuously defeated. At a point of time, he grew hopeless and laid down on the ground. He thought of giving up his attempts. That is when, he saw a tiny spider falling down from the ceiling far away.

He wondered how could it even get there but the spider never gave up. Whenever the spider fell down it climbed up again, the spider made nine such attempts and finally succeeded in reaching the roof. Robert bruce who learnt a lesson from this imitated the example. He tried once again and was finally successful.

Moral : never give up
