 \bold{FOR \: FIRST \: COMPANY}

Given,

Number of shares = 60

FV = Rs.10

MV = Rs.15

Divident = 12 %

So ,

\boxed{ \bold{ANNUAL \: INCOME = \dfrac{Number \: of \: shares \times Divident percent \times FV}{100}}}

 {ANNUAL \: INCOME = \frac{60 \times 12 \times 10}{100}}

 {ANNUAL \: INCOME =Rs . 72}

He sells all his shares at MV = Rs.20

So , Investment for sale proceed = MV × number of shares

= 20 × 60

= Rs.1200

 \bold{FOR \: SECOND \: COMPANY}

Investment = Rs.1200

MV = Rs .12

FV = Rs. 5

Divident = 8%

 \boxed{ \bold{Number \: of \: shares = \frac{ Investment}{MV on 1 Share}}}

{Number \: of \: shares = \frac{1200}{12}}

{Number \: of \: shares =100}

 \boxed{ \bold{ANNUAL \: INCOME = \frac{Number \: of \: shares \times Divident percent \times FV}{100}}}

 {ANNUAL \: INCOME = \frac{100 \times 8 \times 5}{100}}

 {ANNUAL \: INCOME = Rs.40}

THEREFORE ,

CHANGE IN INCOME = Rs. Rs 72 - Rs.40

 \boxed{ \bold{CHANGE \: IN \: INCOME \: =Rs.32}}
