it does not have real roots,its roots are complex and it's conjugate.
it cannot be solve by factorisation.
apply quadratic formula for it
9 {x}^{2}  + 6x + 4 = 0 \\  \\ x1 \: 2 =  \frac{ - b +  -  \sqrt{  {b}^{2} - 4ac } }{2a}  \\  =  \frac{ - 6 +  -  \sqrt{36 - 144} }{18}  \\  =  \frac{ - 6  +  -  \sqrt{ - 108} }{18}
