I am normally below you
If you remove my 1st letter
you'll find me above you
If you remove my 1st & 2nd letters you can't see me

The answer to this question is chair.

Chair is below us. If we remove the very first letter than it would be hair and it is above us.

Then, if we remove the first and the second letter then that is air, which is not visible to us. Thus, the answer is chair.
