See friend Area of Rhombus = 96cm²
One Diagonal1 = 16cm
Let one side of the Rhombus be a
Let Diagonal2 be x
So all sides of Rhombus will be a as Rhombus each side is equal.
Area of Rhomus = Diagonal1 * Diagonal2 / 2
96cm² = 16cm * x /2
96 cm² * 2 / 16cm = x
12 cm = x
Diagonal2 = 12cm
Using Pythagoreans Theorm,
Hypotrnuse² = Perpendicular² + Base²
Hypotenuse = side = a
Base = Diagonal1 / 2 = 16 / 2 = 8 cm
Perpendicular = Diagonal2 / 2 = 12 / 2 = 6 cm
a² = 6² + 8²
a = √36+64
a = √100
a = 10 cm
So all sides of Rhombus = 10cm
