As we know that : 1 minute = 60 seconds

Then, 1 second = 1/60 minute

=> 1357 seconds = 1357/60 minutes

Now on solving :

 \frac{1357}{60}  = 22 \frac{37}{60}   \\  \\  =  >  \frac{1357}{60}  = 22 +  \frac{37}{60} \\  \\  =  > 1357 \: \: seconds \:  = 22 \: minutes \: and \: 37 \: seconds
