For 11 differentiate twice.
For 10, y1=1/2*a*100 => y1=50a
y2+y1=1/2*a*400
y2=150a
y2=3y1

all u have to do is use the rule of differentiation .the rule that will be used here will be two constant and power rule if u no these rules they will help u with any question. u get 2A3 because of the value of a1 which is 1 but the derivative is 0 so a1=0 now figure out the others value u will get ur answer.
