 \huge{\underline{\underline{Answer\::-}}}

 \underline{\underline{Given\::-}}

 3^{x+3} + \dfrac{3^{x+4}}{3} = 162

 \underline{\underline{Solving\::-}}

 3^{x+3} + \dfrac{3^{x+4}}{3} = 162

=>  3^{x+3} + 3^{x+4} ÷ 3 = 162

=>  3^{x+3} + 3^{x+4 - 1} = 162

=>  3^{x+3} + 3^{x+3} = 162

=>  2 \times 3^{x+3} = 162

=>  3^{x+4} = 81

=>  3^{x+4} = 3^4

Then as base are same

=> x + 4 = 4

=> x = 4 - 4

=> x = 0

So value of x =  \boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{0}}}}}}}}

Hope it helps
