GIVEN:

Ang. POR = Ang. ROS

Ang. QOS = 90°

TO FIND:

Value of Ang. POR and Ang. ROS

SOLUTION:

  • The above diagram shows that there are three angles namely POR, ROS and QOS.
  • From which ang. POR and ang. ROS are equal whereas ang. QOS is a ringht angle meaning it's 90°
  • Together they form a straight line which is 180°

Let ang. POR and ang. ROS be x and y respectively.

Then,

  • x+y+90° = 180°
  • x+y = 180° - 90°
  • x + y = 90°

Since , both the angles POR and ROS are same then they will be = 90° / 2 = 45°

Thus, ang. POR = ang. ROS = 45°
