 log (\frac{a + b}{ {a}^{2} - {b}^{2} }) \\ \\ = log( \frac{(a + b)}{(a + b)(a - b)} ) \\\\ On dividing \:numerator \:and\\ denominator \:by\: (a+b).\\\\ = log( \frac{1}{a - b} ) \\\\ using \: log \: property\\ \\ = log(1) - log(a - b ) \\ \\ = 0 - log(a - b) \: \: \: \: \:[ since \: log(a) = 0 ]\\ \\ = - log(a - b)
