Given one root of the eqn is 1.now we know the formula that alpha+beta+gamma=-b/a
So,substituting a=1,b=2,gamma=3 and calculating -b/a we get lbs=RHS i.e.
Lhs=Rhs=1/3 hence proved other two zeros are -1 and 1/3. Hope this help I'm not that good
