Hey Mate!!

15 + 3 (x - 7) = -13

=> 15 + 3x - 21 = -13

=> 3x - 6 = -13

=> 3x = -13 + 6

=> 3x = -7

=> x = (-7/3)

Answer:

15 + 3x-21 = -13

-6 + 3x = -13

3x = -7
