2x-4-5x+25=4x-32-2x+24

-3x+21=2x-28

-3x-2x=-28-21

-5x=-49

x=49/5

x=9.8

Verification:

2(9.8-2) -5(9.8-5)=4(9.8-8)-2(9.8-2)

2(7.8)-5(4.8)=4(1.8)-2(7.8)

15.6-24=7.2-15.6
