Answer:

2x/3+1=7x/15+3

2x+3/3=7x+3*15/15

2x+3/3=7x+45/15

15(2x+3)=3(7x+45)

30x+45=3(7x+45)

30x+45=21x+135

30x-21x=135-45

9x=90

x=90/9

x=10

check:

LHS

2x+1/3=2*10+1/3=20+3/3=23/3

RHS

7x/15+3=7*10+3/15=14/3+3=14+9/3=23/3

LHS=RHS

hence verified

Step-by-step explanation:

 \frac{2x}{3}  + 1 =  \frac{7x}{15}  + 3

 =  >  \frac{2x}{3} -  \frac{7x}{15}  = 3 - 1

 =  >  \frac{10x - 7x}{15}  = 2

 =  >  \frac{3x}{15}  = 2

 =  > 3x = 2 \times 15

 =  > 3x = 30

 =  > x =  \frac{30}{3}

 =  > x = 10
