Solve the equation X-5/2-x-3/5=1/2

take LCM
LCM for 2and5is10
so
5(x-5)-10-6\10=1\2
5x-25-10x-6\10=1\2
-5x-31\10=1\2
by cross multiplication method
10(1)=2(-5x-31)
10=-10x-62
10x=10+62
10x=73
x=73\10
x=7.3
