Answer :
Given

3x - y + 711 + 2 = 10     ---------------- ( 1 )
And
3x + 3y  = 65                  ----------------- ( 2 )

First we simplify equation 1 , As  :
By taking L.C.M. , we get

⇒33x - 11y  + 7 + 22 = 110

⇒33x - 11y  = 81            ------- ( 3 )

From equation 2 , we get

⇒ y = 653 - x     ( Substitute that value of y  in equation 3 and get

⇒33x - 11 ( 653 - x  ) = 81

⇒33x  - 7153 + 11x = 81
⇒44x = 81 + 7153

⇒44x = 9583

⇒x  = 958132

x  = 7.25   Now We , substitute that value of x in equation 2 and get

⇒3 ( 7.25 ) + 3y = 65
⇒3y  = 65 - 21.75
⇒3y  = 43.25
⇒y = 14.416
So,
⇒xy  = 7.2514.416   = 0.50
