We have in triangle abe g

<aeb = 90 degree (given)

<b = 60 degree (given)

AB = 8cm

Ae/ab = sin 60

Ae/ab = root3/2

Ae/8 = root 3/2

Ae = 8 root 3/2. = 4 root 3

Now, by Pythagoras theorem,

Ab^2 = ae^2 + be^2

64 = 48 + be^2

be^2 = 16

➡️be = 4cm.......

Therefore, ec = bc - be

ec = 25 - 4 = 21cm

Now in triangle aec -

Ac^2 = ae^2 + ec^2......(i)

(finding ae :

Ae^2 = ab^2 - be^2

Ae ^2= 64 - 16

Ae^2 = 48

Ae = 4 root 3.cm)

Putting ae = 4 root 3 in i -

Ac^2 = 48 + 441

Ac^2 = 489

Ac^2

➡️Ac = 22.11 cm
