2x + 3y = 100 (i)

5x + 6y = 200 (ii)

cofficient are not same so multiple (i) by 5 and (ii) by 2

5 ( 2x + 3y = 100 )

2 ( 5x + 6y = 200 )

10x + 15y = 500 (iii)

10x + 12y = 400 (iv)

when we subtract (iv) from (iii) then we get

3y = 100

y = 100/3

now put y value in (i) to find value of x

2x + 3*100/3 = 100

2x = 0

x = 0/2 = 0
