8x +3/2x-4 = 4x/x-5
cross multipled
(8x+3)(x-5)= 4x(2x-4)
8x^2-40x+ 3x-25= 8x^2 - 16
8x^2-8x^2 -15. = -16x-3x+40x
-15. = 21x
-15/21. = x
x. =. -5/7
