1.) 3x-4y=0;4x+3y =5

sol:

3x-4y=0---------(1)

4x+3y =5---------(2)

multiple by 4 for equ (1)

multiple by 3 for equ (2)

12x-16y=0

12x+9y=15

-7y=15

y=-15/7

y=-15/7 substitute for equ (1)

3x-4y=0

3x-4(-15/7) =0

3x+(60/7) =0

3x+8.57=0

3x=8.57

x=8.57/3

x=2.8

y=-2.14
