2 ( m /4 + 1 ) + 3 = 15

2{ ( m + 4 )/ 4 } = 15 - 3

1/ 2 ( m + 4 ) = 12

m + 4 = 12 × 2

m + 4 = 24

m = 24 - 4

m = 20
