Step-by-step explanation:

a) cross multiply

So it becomes 2x+3 = 3(2x-1)

which is the same as 2x+3 = 6x-3

now transpose the numerical to Lhs and the variables to the Rhs.

→3+3 = 6x-2x

→6= 4x

→x =6/4 or 3/2
