2x -  \frac{6}{5}  - 3 =  \frac{3}{10}(5x -  \frac{6}{5}   - 12) \\ 2x -  \frac{6 - 15}{5}  =  \frac{3}{2} x -  \frac{18}{50}  -  \frac{18}{5}  \\   2x -  \frac{21}{5}  =  \frac{3}{2} x -  \frac{18 - 180}{50}  \\  2x -  \frac{3}{2} x =  -  \frac{198}{50}  +  \frac{21}{5}  \\   \frac{4x - 3x}{2}  =  \frac{ - 198 + 210}{50}  \\  \frac{x}{2}  =  \frac{12}{50}  \\ x =  \frac{12}{50}  \times 2 \\ x =  \frac{12}{25}
