Step-by-step explanation:

x+y=2xy-----(1)

x-y=6xy------(2)

------------

2x=8xy

1=4y

y=1/4..

x+1/4=2x(1/4)

(4x+1)/4=2x/4

4x+1=2x

2x= -1

x= -1/4..

X+y/Xy=2
=> x+y = 2xy
=> x= 2xy- y
=> x=y(2x-1)
=> x/2x-1= y
=> x(1/2-1)=y
=> x=y
X-y/xy=6
=> y-y/y^2= 6 (since x =y)
=> 1/y^2= 6
=> 1= 6*y^2
=> 6y^2= 1
=> y^2= 1/6
=> y= root 1/6
=> y= 1/ root 6
X=y=1/root 6

Hope this helps!
