A) 5p + 4 = 29
=> 5p = 25
=> p = 5 (answer)

B) 4q /37 = 16
=> 4q = 16*37
=> q = 4 * 37
=> q = 148 (answer)

C) 3(x+4) = 15
=> 3x + 12 = 15
=> 3x = 3
=> x = 1 (answer)

D) 44 - 5(y-1) = 4
=> 44 -5y +5 = 4
=> 49 -5y = 4
=> 45 = 5y
=> 9 =y (answer)

E) 12 = 4 + 3(t +3)
=> 12 = 4 +3t +9
=> 12 = 13 +3t
=> -1 = 3t
=> -1/3 = t (answer)

F) -17 = -5(2-p)
=> -17 = -10 + 5p
=> -7 = 5p
=> -7/5 = p (answer)
