b + (b + 1) +  \frac{b + 2}{4}  = 21 \\ 2b + 1 +  \frac{b + 2}{4}  = 21 \\  \frac{8b + 4 + b + 2}{4}  = 21 \\ 9b + 6 = 84 \\ 9b = 78 \\ b = \frac{78}{9}
