1: I'm really sorry sir I just wanted to tell you I don't know urdu since I'm from Uttar pradesh and we don't speak urdu there.

2: I understand you've gone through bad time that's why you've became like this but behave like this only to the people whi have hurted you not with people who did nothing so please respect them.
