 6x² + 7x - 3 > 0

⇒x² + 7x/6 - 3/6 >0

⇒ x² + 7x/6 > 3/6

⇒ x² + 7x/6 + (7/12)² > 3/6+(7/12)²

⇒ (x+7/12)² > 3/6 + 49/144

⇒ (x+7/12)² > (72+49)/144

⇒ (x+7/12)² > 121/144

⇒ (x+7/12)² > (11/12)²

So x + 7/12 > + 11/12 and x + 7/12 < - 11/12

⇒ x > 11/12 - 7/12 and x < -7/12 - 11/12

⇒ x > 4/12 and x < -18/12

⇒ x > 1/3 and x < -3/2

So x>1/3 and x<-3/2..
