Multiply equation (1) by 4 and Equation (2) by 3.

➡(4)(2)x+(4)(3)y+(4)(-9)=0---------(3)
➡(3)(3)x+(3)(4)y+(3)(-5)=0---------(4)

Subtracting Equation (4) from equation (3),we get
➡[(2)(4)-(3)(3)]x+[(4)(3)-(3)(4)]y+[(4)(-9)-(3)(-5)]
Therefore
➡x=-[(4)(-9)-(3)(-5)]
