31x+57y=150....................(1).
57x+31y=202...................(2).
Adding equation 1 and 2.
88x + 88y = 352.
88(x+y) = 352.
On solving the equation we get, x + y = 4.
Subtracting equation 1 and 2.
-26x + 26y = -52.
26(x - y ) = 52.
On solving we get.
x - y = 2.
Now solving the lower coefficients we get.
x+y=4.
x-y=2.
2x=6.
So, x=3 and y =1.
