solve the following pair of linear equations by substitution method
2x + y - 6 = 0 \\ 3x + 3y - 11 = 0

2x+y-6=0

y=6-2x

substituting in equation 2

3x+3(6-2x)-11=0

3x+18-11-6x=0

7-3x= 0

x=-7/3

so y =6-2(-7/3)

=6+14/3

=(18+14)/3

=32/3
